Your interests and those of your customers are diametrically opposed. Anyone who thinks that Windows could ever be better than it is... isn't paying attention. Just consider the incentives.

Fascinating to hear Rob say the 'quiet part' out loud: MS WIndows routinely overwrites Linux systems installed as dual-boots on systems running Windows, destroying the Linux part. Rob points out that, given that Linux is 30+ years old, and is entirely open source, there is zero reason that Windows couldn't identify a Linux system set up alongside WIndows on such a computer and avoid damaging... but MS hasn't. It serves their modus operandi to kill Linux.

Yesterday at the Burlington #Vermont food shelf I gave away 32 pairs of used reading glasses. I wasn't sure if there would be much interest but they were pretty popular. All gone in about 2.5 hours. We set up a display by the check-in desk and people were constantly trying them on.
