Does anyone remember the coup in Ukraine in 2014? Does anyone recall one of the coup gov't's ministers going on TV and enthusing about "cleansing the country of Russian-speakers"? Does anyone remember the 14,000+ civilian deaths in the break-away oblasts from 2014-2022, the result of Ukrainian shelling of residential areas? Does anyone remember anything from more than 6 months ago, or is it just me?

Truly, we live in the dumbest timeline.

I wonder how many people r aware of the fact that Crimea was its own country for about 4 years after the fall of the Soviet Union. I wonder how many people remember that they had their own constitution & elected gov't. And I wonder how many people know that Ukraine's military invaded in '95, tore up their constitution, and straight up took them over. Anybody? Does anybody know any of this history? Not in the US, that's for sure, & it feels like not in Europe, either.

Hello @conservancy - been spending a bit of time in the WordPress (GPLv2+) plugin/theme ecosystem & am amazed how most have "pro/premium licenses" (they use that term) on their code *in addition to the required GPL license*. They're all 'open core' rather than FOSS, from what I can see, contravening the GPL with an additional license. Is this something you're already aware of? Am I right that its a widespread contravention of the GPL? If so, is anything being done to redress it?

The migration to @gitea from gitlab was one of the best decisions! Using push syncs I can also keep all my public repositories at gitlab up to date while using gitea as single source of truth. The teams feature is really helpful too! And the UI is so fast and snappy! Thanks #gitea
