@baldur I agree with a lot of the things you've said. I've been on the embedded side my whole career (36 years now), and I also feel like software development is no longer heading in a good direction. It's not just the LLM focus, but that seems the next big poor management decision point. It follows the same thinking, "How can we get lower paid developers?", that drove outsourcing and ageism.
