After U.S. Senator Padilla's manhandling, Republicans of color have got to be looking over their shoulders a little bit. Would a white Democratic senator be forced to the ground and handcuffed after having disengaged with hands in the air? It's starting to look like this country is headed for civil war, unless strong pushback is found within the other branches of government. After all the right's screaming about the Constitution, it's funny that the left will actually be fighting to preserve it.
