It was time to change the oil in our family car and while I was picking up the oil and filter I splurged and got one of these ramps. Totally worth it. I didn't realize how much I procrastinated oil changes just because of the annoyance of dealing with the jack:

@kyle I've always found a good (big) floor jack easier than ramps. YMMV. I would say with a small jack, the ramps are preferable.
