First time I've seen this. I can't say I agree with it, and the last has a really fucked up view of ADD. (Although it might be based on experiences with misdiagnosis of ADD.)

Sounds similar to e.g., XP styles of development. It seems to express a view of 'good programmers can see the matrix'. IME, that doesn't scale.
