My 11yo has (to my surprise) pleaded with me to consider helping him buy a Meta VR headset. He calls it a 'VR'. Apparently a few of his mates have one. I told him that we (his parents) don't buy things from corporations for whom we have no respect, which include Meta (among others 🙃 ) & he's bereft. I've told him that principles are still something he doesn't quite get yet, but that he will. *sigh*

@lightweight Had the same deal with "No Microsoft in my house.", when my oldest son wanted an XBox. He bought one as soon as he moved out, so I didn't pass on the message well enough.
