Seeing lots of posts on birbsite from folks in US clamouring for online voting (*facepalm*) because their polling booths are so ineptly executed, with few stations & 5 hr wait times to cast votes (on insecure e-voting machines).

I wonder how quickly equitable access to efficient polling stations would be sorted out in the US (like we have here in Aotearoa NZ) if there was a voter mandate that any election with polling waits of more than 10 minutes resulted in voters voting out incumbents...

@lightweight if the incumbent is in the minority party of the level that controls voting access, then automatically voting out the incumbent would be unfair.
