Ok - this is really bugging me: every time I plug my phone (Lineage 17.1, set to 'data transfer' mode) into my machine to transfer photos, Shotwell tells me "the camera is already locked" by another application (digiKam gives the same error). There *is* no other app, so far as I'm aware. How would I find out which app is locking it? A kioslave? False alarm? Running Plasma 5.25.5, Framework 5.98.0, Qt 5.15.6, Kernel 5.19.12 on X11... @kde folks, any insights? 1/2

@lightweight Have you tried starting Shotwell as super user? Maybe there's a permissions problem. @kde@mastodon.technology
