1. cygwin (or some similar (just make sure it's not from Microsoft) tech that gives you a decent command line/access to X apps)
2. Dual boot - at one employer I actually never needed to boot into Windows.
2a. If the job sometimes requires Windows, use a virtualization technology that allows you to use the Windows partition from Linux.
3. Keep looking for a job that doesn't require Windows.
3a. Build your FOSS resume for remote jobs.
