Anyone have some comments on how Microsoft have been treating Github?
Is it better or worse?

@brandon Sort of. You mean they are trying to tempt you to try new features etc?

@fatboy Yeah pretty much, that and the UI seems to get more cluttered with each thing that they add. They've changed the logged in homepage to feature "activity from faved users" or something and your recent activity.

Seems like they're trying to make it more of a developer's social media platform.

I'm not opposed to that, as it's interesting to keep up with what a few of the developer's I talk to are doing

@brandon @fatboy I agree, and noise is definitely "worse". Glad I fled. It's going about the same as LinkedIn; subtle changes that seem to be aimed at putting money in someone's wallet than benefitting the users.
