@lunduke some of the questions are a little bit too vague. For example what does "is that a problem?" mean. People supporting Trump is a problem for the US but that's not necessarily an issue for the employer or atleast it shouldn't be.
The political leanings are for European taste incomplete/wrong: The opposite of conservative is progressive. The opposite of liberal is authoritarian. So you can actually be conservative (preferring old values and policies) and liberal (preferring less rules)
