@lunduke I think it’s a double edged sword.
One side I can see easily, people just write inefficient code. There’s no reason a render of a web page needs to take over a gig of RAM. Or a chat application taking 4gigs (Skype humph)
On the other hand I do see why programs such as 3D intensive games and ERP software do have the ability to take more RAM (Games because loading assets into RAM, and ERP software loading the parent Database into RAM).
