@librefree - Had a quick read of your blog. I especially liked your post about Privacy and Security Gatekeeping. Good stuff. Unfortunately, the keyboard warriors will always be around. Having come from a Tech Support background, I understand the frustrations on both sides of the coin. Engineers and developers are great at the technical, but usually fall short on the support front, and understandably so. The Tech Support guys in the middle are there to field all of the questions and resolve the majority of the issues, and help keep the repetitive and simple problems at bay so the devs can focus on what is important. Unfortunately, in a lot of FOSS communities, that buffer does not exist, and it interrupts the work flow for a lot of developers and engineers, causing untold amounts of frustration. That frustration tends to leak into the broader community I think. I am working on a personal project that may help a lot of FOSS projects with this particular issue, but it needs further development before I can offer it as a service. Anyway, keep up the great posts! :)

@nick Thank you for taking the time to read through some of my posts. What you say about both sides does make a lot of sense. I'm very interested in learning about the project you are working on. Feel free to keep me in the loop - Braillynn
