I got a chance to review the recently released @system76 Launch Heavy #keyboard, a full 10 key, mechanical and #opensource keyboard with a numpad, its own configuration tool for #Linux, Windows or macOS, 4 different layouts, and per-key RGB. I also compared it to its smaller siblings, the Launch and Launch Lite keyboards!

My favorite apps, #2: Simplenote. Another great multi-platform solution, a lightweight note-taking app for Linux, MacOSX, Windows, Android and iOS (also available as webapp in a browser). It doesn't allow multiple notebooks like Evernote, but it's free, supports markdown (so you can write beautifully formatted notes that will look as great in e.g. Wordpress) and uses tags to categorize notes. UI is elegant and supports dark theme.

It supports multiple accounts, advanced search with Google style syntax, unified view of inboxes, threaded view of your e-mails and a selection of polished themes.
