Just got word that due to unseasonable weather - warm too long then very cold - the orange season has been cut short by 3 months - the trees are throwing off their fruit.
End of February, I’ll receive 15kg to preserve all at once. 😖

@kyle i usually only have 5kg to deal with at any one time ;-)
Marmalades, syrups, candied peel, cordial, and sliced cake in the freezer. I’ll need to branch out for this next lot.
