Sometimes I wonder if having a smart watch causes more stress than it's actually helpful (and there are too many contradictory horse race stats for it to be helpful)

@yaelwrites I only have my personal experience, but I recommend switching to an analog watch for 2 weeks and keep track of how many times you look at your watch, look away, and realize you don't know what time it is.

I was disturbed by just how much the notification endorphin rush had rewired my brain when I wore a smart watch. I only wear an analog one now.
