what do people feel like is the best FOSS sorta spreadsheet experience these days?

(also accepting sort of adjacent things that hit a sweetspot of rough-out-some-data and iterate on transformations... like i know about visidata and sqlitebrowser for looking at tabular data, and i know there's a whole world of jupyter type stuff, but i'm willing to believe there's something i'm missing.)
