i ordered a garden cart where most of the reviews were positive but a small portion of them were like "putting this thing together sucks, holy shit" and now it's time to put the garden cart together and guess which reviews i should have paid more attention to
this is some kind of ironclad law of buying stuff from the internet: if 99 reviews say "nice widget" and the 100th review says "widget exploded and burned down my house on first use", pay attention to review #100.
