I'm trying to stop having an existential crisis every time I open my work email. 🥳🥳
Besides that, figuring out my gym (4x a week) vs climbing/bouldering (3x a week) vs running (2x a week) routine. Also need to start meal prepping again.
Monday: legday
Tuesday: chest and arms
Wednesday: bouldering
Thursday: legday
Friday: morning run and climbing
Saturday: back and shoulders
Sunday: bouldering and evening run
