I've got to find a better proofing basket technique. The 'floured towel in a basket' sticks more often than not.
Not that it really affects the bread all that much (as you can see), but it is a pain to extract all that stickiness from the towel.

@keverets Ooh, that sounds like it might work better. Extra waste, unfortunately, but if the choice is wasting the whole loaf or a sheet of parchment, I know which one I'll pick!
