Important reminder: Socrates famously claimed not to know the answers to the questions he was asking. Whether or not that was true, the same can't usually be said of many of the most ardent champions of his Method. If you're just using questions to fence the garden path down to whatever conclusion you already know you want to impose on your audience, that's not being an educator, that's being a dick.
