That's kind of where I'm leaning right now. macOS itself is much better than Windows.
However, I do feel like Linux is just superior in general. It has more applications and tools than I'll ever need that do exactly what I want and nothing more. The only thing it's missing is game support and that's why I dual-boot Windows, however infrequently :<

Yep. There are only a few games in my library that just don't work with Linux/Proton or that I haven't invested enough time into getting functional. I think the last time I booted into Windows was a week or two ago to play Destiny with a friend of mine
Converting my family was the easy part. I just said "mom, I'm going to install elementaryOS on your laptop!"
@kcoram Between Windows and Mac, I really have no idea which I would pick. I haven't ever tried to do any real work on Windows but having a UNIX env a couple keystrokes away out of the box is a big point on Apple's side.
Between Mac, Windows, and Linux, Linux wins every time hands down lol
