Previously confused by job applicants sending resumes with filename "Resume.pdf", now also confused by vendors sending invoices with filename "Invoice.pdf". It's sort of like making a hotel reservation and having your confirmation number be 1. Which is also a thing that sort of happened to me once.
@johns not quite as bad as banks that name all your tax forms "document.pdf" or "download.pdf".
