I knew it was coming but I finally actually heard the words in person today from my doctor, "The CDC no longer recommends the COVID vaccine for people under 65 or without certain conditions" and I think I am trapped in an alternate timeline.
@johns did they deny you one, or were they just repeating lord brainworm's recommendation?

@craftyguy They did not deny, just said "it's up to you", and conveyed that at least in our state, a prescription is not required.
@johns ya I has to sign a consent form [1] that basically said I understood that I didn't qualify but wanted one anyways.
1. and who knows how this form could/will be used against me in the future... 🤷♂️
