Bets on how long it takes to cancel a Spectrum Business account over the phone (the only way to do it), immediately saying no to any promotions offered to stay? HINT: Currently at 40 minutes, and 3 people.
@johns took me an hour (xfinity but probably same business).
Then I called back and got a new promotion.
(I realize it's privilege but I stay signed up for three different ISPs at all times because lack of access on a work day means I can't work.)
