Does anyone have recommendations for a drink/gel/chew/power that gives you electrolytes but without added sugar (or sugar alternatives)?

I've been getting post-exercise headaches and would like to, you know, not.

@shauna Maybe you've already ruled it out as a cause, but headaches could also mean needing more protein/carbs/fibre pre-workout.

@johns I should probably do a better job of tracking what I eat before/after games. I've been focused on hydration, but I'm pretty sure getting enough water isn't the issue.

I am really variable in what I eat before games. The data point of yesterday cuts against this theory, though - I skipped breakfast for a 10am game, and my inevitable headache was one of the lightest ones I've had.
