The recent experience we had in regards to the code of conduct and conference organizing leads me to believe that our team needs to take training to handle them much better than we did. Any suggestions on how we can go about this?

The training that a number of us have taken was around dealing with in-person CoC issues - not this particular one prior to a conference.

@chrisjrn Yep very familiar with them although I have not done any training from the company - but founder is someone I've known for 15 years.
