@brunomiguel @madcap same here with inoreader after trying lots of different possibilities. It's a bit of a pity their premium version is so pricey, I'd like to support them but it should be reasonable. That said works quite alright with an adblocker, you can subscribe to several hundred feeds. I wouldn't use a local feedreader anylonger as it's a big privacy issue (you basically send your IP and user agent to potentially hundreds of blogs multiple times a day) + your ISP sees that too.

A CLI RSS reader, can import from opml files, the list of feeds is stored in a text file, so adding or removing a feed is just pasting or cutting a line in the file. Vim like keybindings and very customizable.

@joao oh yeah but that one exactly is having the privacy issue I have outlined above, unless you run it on another server
