Imagine if France made all character names from US TV shows French: Walter White would be Gaulthier Leblanc, Jon Snow would be Jean Neige, Michael Scott would be Michel Ecossais, Dr House would be Grégoire Maison. Doesn't sound all that good 😅
@thelinuxEXP I don't know I don't find it too terrible. Especially in context. It probably pops out waay less in a french sentence than the english words. However I do give you that, it probably sounds hilarious when they try to pronounce the English names xD

No they don't, I just saw the latest predator movie; prey. There are french characters the movie, and their french dialogs seemed like; some US writer wrote the dialogs in american english, with typical english expressions, fed them to google translator for a literal translation and then just told the French actors:
