Updated to the latest, experimental Tow-Boot for the #PinePhonePro. Now I only need to figure out how to boot from microSD again, as it now defaults to eMMC (which IMHO is a bad choice, as SD card booting by default makes things easier when the eMMC distro gets corrupted). #towboot

Ok, figured it out. Pressing Volume Down after the first vibration seemingly boots from SD card. Sounds sane, and I guess am fine with this.

@linmob That kinda makes sense, that way it wont accidentally boot the from the SD if you forgot the card in the slot. And you can just leave the card in the SD in the slot instead of always having to removing it when you want to boot from eMMC.

@joao It does, yes.
The only thing to worry about may be inexperienced users and the fact that they may confuse PinePhone and PinePhone Pro, as the PinePhone always boots from bootable SD cards. Consistency across similar named and looking devices would likely make troubleshooting/support easier.

Holding down the same button to force boot from eMMC would help people that forget their SD cards and don't want to open the device just as well.

@linmob Transition from previously known UX like: "always booting from SD card first" to a new US _do_ have the risk of being confusing, specially when there is so much documentation pointing to the old UX . But to be honest, IMO I am not sure if the previous UX was "the best".
Changing UX will most of the times cause some confusion and friction, IMO you are totally right. But sometimes changing UX is for the best.
