Per federal law, truck drivers can only drive a maximum of 11 consecutive hours with a minimum of one 30 minute break.

So for this post to be true, either that truck was going over 90 mph for the entire trip, or the driver broke federal law by driving more than 11 hours.

The other possibility is that they had multiple drivers. Two drivers clocked in together could have extended the drive time to 14 hours, which means that the truck would only have had to average 75 mph for the entire trip.
This still seems unlikely. The next question is how long did it need to charge in order to be able to go the next 1,000 miles?
