There’s currently a “Jupiter will be so close you can see it’s moons in binoculars” article making the rounds. You can always see Jupiter’s moons in binoculars:
1. It’s so far away that if it’s closer it doesn’t make that much difference (planetary disc varies between about 30 to 50 arcseconds in diameter)
2. From our perspective Jupiter is always (almost) fully lit by the sun (phase angle does not exceed 11.5°), so it and the moons are pretty easy to see in the first place

This could be the year that @khamenei_ir shows mercy, and frees Saeed to join his family in Canada. There's no reason to keep him a moment longer. You can follow and support Saeed's sister, Maryam, at @FreeSaeedM as she works for his freedom.
