My husband enjoys watching bad crime shows. I dislike them all, but sometimes watch them in the background.
“NCIS” in particular is so unrealistic.
Like, who stays in the same job for 19 seasons? So unrealistic.
In my experience, crime shows are extremely repetitive and very melodramatic which makes it hard for me to watch.
To be clear: I am *not* looking for recommendations. I do not like this genre. The US criminal justice system is mostly injustice and Hollywood needs to stop promoting idealistic mythology.
Create a show about #DefundThePolice and I might watch.
