I have lost 3 kg since #COVID19 ruined my quest to be jacked for summer. Several people recommended TRX PRO4 to me, but it is sold out or extortion priced across the EU. Any other recommendations for weight training at home?
To clarify: I can do most body weight exercises easily. I am looking for ways to make this much harder without buying an entire at-home gym, which I don't have the space for.
