Amazon’s Kindle Daily Deals newsletter recommended a book of #COVID #vaccine misinformation as today’s top “Featured Deal for You”.

Not suprisingly, it is now the top-selling #Kindle title in the categories of “Children’s Health”, “Immunology”, and “Public Health”.

I get that carrying a book in their store doesn’t mean that #Amazon endorses its content. Actively promoting it via direct email sure makes it feel like they want people to read it, though. 🤔

What began as a few lines for Lifestyle on the passing of wrestling icon Scott Hall became a bit of a long-read on his life, career and story.

I know it isn't likely, but I kind of like the idea of Tony Khan buying the WWE. It probably wouldn't work like this, but I like the idea of TK's product benefiting from WWE's production know-how and strength for long-term storytelling. Ditto the idea of the WWE being freed from their self-imposed creative and operational shackles. Plus, I don't even have to go into specifics for exciting potential matches and feuds.

A fella can dream, right?

Going on a week long trip, travelling by land, with a few days of travel in sometimes poor network connectivity gave me a reason to check up on my offline docs setup. Zeal is an awesome #opensource offline docs browser based on the proprietary Dash documentation browser, supporting the same docsets. Updating the core docs is easy enough with a few clicks, but I wanted to also have the #Matrix spec with me fully offline. This was recently contributed by Christian Paul - but unfortunately Zeal lacks proper support for easily pulling in Dash user contributed docsets.

No fear, there is a handy CLI app to install user contributed Dash docsets called zeal-user-contrib. Just install, run and choose the docsets you want installed.
