@cybette pinetab is 2 weeks away from shipping and my pine phone I already have my tracking info for it and I use my pinebook pro at my business daily so pine always ships to me when they say they are very honest and upfront company they take preorders than 2 to 3 weeks later they email you your DHL tracking number
@cybette I'm so happy for pine they can't get stuff in stock fast enough when u price the linux phones and linux tablets and linux laptops at 119 tab 149 phone 199 laptop people will buy in huge numbers vs others doing 700 plus for a linux phone that still ain't shipped makes all the difference!! For example some one will say for 149 USD I'll buy a pine phone as a second device to hack on vs 749 USD they won't buy it same with tab for 119 USD was cheap price for me to hack on
@cybette sold out in 72 hours ships in july https://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2020/06/pinetab-is-now-available-to-order
@cybette i also preordered a pinetab cant beat, the price 119.99 with detachable keyboard make the jolla tablet i never received excited to get sfos on a tablet
@cybette your memory is good that is swipe.nokia.com some one preserved the site before it was taken down so that's exactly the site as it was. So thats why it reminds u of it as that is it exactly as it was back then.

Thanks to @NeoTheThird for all the paperwork he made for the #UBPorts foundation. Now #UBPorts can be supported through @Liberapay
@cfb how long has it been happening for you?
First time booting, the new SailfishOS automatically encrypts the folders, nice! And it also directly asks for and sets a security code, which is also good.
Also, Jolla service successfully disconnected my old device from the account, so that the new one can just pick up and install the Android support and predictive text input right away. Good job, #jolla!
