I read that #Manjaro has made progress in energy management. Do you plan to implement it in #Mobian (I don't know if it is possible because Manjaro is not based on #debian) ? Or are you working on your own energy management system ?
I'm a #debian user since years and I don't know anything about #Manjaro so I would like to have #Mobian on my #Pinephone (which comes in a few days) but I expect it to be my daily-driver and for this purpose I need a good battery life.

@mobian Thank you, I received my #Pinephone today (in advance !) and after testing the preinstalled #kde #plasma #manjaro which I found very heavy; I've switched to #Mobian and #Phosh interface seems to be lighter and faster. I don't find pinephone (with Mobian) as slow as I heard. But maybe I say that because my previous phone was made in 2013 !
@inuit the pp suspends just fine and we are getting a good workday out of it. As for kernel patches, we mostly attempt to pick patches which are upstreamable to mainline or at least Debian.
