@sarcasticrofl_ and who pays the teachers ? Or do you mean the teachers should work for free ?
Or do you mean we should forcibly take money from people (aka tax) to pay bureacrats to hire teachers?
@ilr Government in last 4 yrs collected 2.48 Lakh crore in the name of Education cess, not a single penny of it utilized for Education
