I have said this before and I will say this again. Modi sarkar's job is to give Kashmir to Pakistan to help its owners in the US get out of their AfPak mess.
This is just random and senseless torture is just optics that will make his supporters feel like he "taught Kashmir a lesson". This madness will continue till Kashmir revolts or international leaders intervene. Then they will be forced by the "West" to give up Kashmir.
