I'm financially stable, I love my job, I have great friends, I enjoy fun & rewarding hobbies, and I want for nothing. I also battle depression. Today it feels like it's paralyzing me. All I want to do is lay in bed and watch the day melt away.

So, a gentle reminder that people who suffer from #depression can't just find a switch and turn it off. Depression is chaotic, persistent, unpredictable, and unreasonable. It attacks whenever it damn well pleases, and sticks around as long as it wants.
