If you own a you-recognizable domain, setting up a list of "find me online" links is really a good idea. You can link to it in your #birdsite bio/profile as well, so people can find you elsewhere, like here on the "forbidden-to-link-to" Mastodon/Fediverse.

@shawnp0wers I'm more and more happy for my ego-trip own domain website...! Have had it for long time, up and down in usage, one reason for starting (even before own domain), to learn and play with html (as was the only part of web at the beginning). Last years I've been more into publish my "content" there (or at least also) and instead link from social media, to have better control incl ownership. Will not change that strategy now!
