However, I happily noted when I updated my LibreOffice to latest version, had a relatively old version, that Libre office now can read Pages (save in other format). I have not done a deeper comparison of advanced compatibility. Thanks to https://www.documentliberation.org/ that LibreOffice take advantage of. So I may be able to take care of my old Apple-docs when I move them to Linux.
