We have just added #Firefox Klar to our #FDroid repository of apps. Firefox Klar is a browser with a unique approach to privacy: it is designed around the idea that the user does not want to keep any personal info around. It makes it really easy to just wipe everything and start from zero. In the past, Firefox Klar was included in @fdroidorg but it has become too hard to maintain the free fork that strips out the Google proprietary bits. Hopefully #Mozilla will make a #free build possible again.

@Erklaerbaer @fdroidorg We specifically chose Firefox Klar over Firefox Focus because in Klar, the analytics are opt-in, while in Focus they are opt-out. Firefox Klar should show up by tomorrow.
@guardianproject @fdroidorg I actually thought Klar and Focus are the same. Focus it is called in the US and Klar in Germany…
I was not award they are different. In the apple App Store in Germany, I can only get Klar but not Focus

@guardianproject @Erklaerbaer @fdroidorg it this build is provided by Mozilla, does that mean users are still bound by the new Terms of Use? I assume guardian project would stop carrying it if Mozilla began to harvest user data.
