Phishing Attacks Mostly Impersonate Microsoft, Netflix & PayPal Accounts
Hmph. Old news. If phishers do not know my unique email addresses used for Microsoft, Netflix, and Paypal, they can't fool me.

Google will remove ADB Backup and Restore from Android.
Is backing up all your data and settings vital to you? Google doesn't think so. 🤣

@gbryant LOL! Is it really ethical to do that? :) Heh... Even if I'm CompTIA Network+ certified...
(I'm also CompTIA A+ certified since last year for those in the know.)
@omgubuntu I'm not a huge Windows 10 user, but it's nice to know that the Linux kernel is getting integrated in top of the Windows kernel. However, people have been having problems with 1809 and 1903 feature updates. I can't blame businesses for staying with 1803 for 2 to 3 years.

@gbryant Hey, it's great to see you are in Mastodon. If only more people could join Mastodon as I don't like "Trends for you" in Twitter. I'm an anti-political guy. I care about viewing content that I like.

@gbryant I have no girlfriends in a rural town being that I'm the only one without a car due to my visual impairment. I live in a town near Tallahassee, FL called Altha and I live with my family until I get a job and I'm trying to get a job soon so I can move out of rural town.
I'm not into girlfriends that much, though. I'd rather be myself. :)
Today we've updated the Librem One website with two important documents:
A short guide to staying safe online no matter what online service you are using. Like our policy document we've kept it short and to the point, with links to more detailed, independent resources if you'd like to learn more.
As well as a code of conduct that makes it clear we will respond to reports of harassment, for example on Librem Social, our opt-in social network.
I'm so excited for Google IO 2019 that as much as I want a Librem 5, I have to have features for making phone calls and listening to talk radio for those who are hearing impaired such as myself. I am going to totally regret not getting @purism Librem 5.

Linux kernel 5.1 has been released https://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2019/05/linux-kernel-5-1-release
I'm excited about Google releasing Google Pixel 3a XL this year despite being excited for @purism #Librem5 as the new Pixel 3a smartphone will bring back 3.5mm headphone jack. #GoogleIO starts tomorrow at 10:00 AM PDT. A phone that's privacy-centric is great but I won't be able to take advantage of Google Assistant in Librem 5.
What do you think?

@omgubuntu I suppose I could simply remove the app names for a suite of applications but keep the labels such as "Writer," "Draw," "Impress," etc. "Web Browser" can be getting rid of completely and just name "Firefox" instead.
