As much as I get fed up with the #twitter algorithm, the lack of anything being shown to me here makes it feels like living in a massive hotel: you know others are here with you, but you always seem to walk along empty hallways. #twittermigration

• Check out your server's local timeline. In it you can see other @ mastodon.social users posting. Find interesting people there and hit follow.
• Consider choosing a different server. Again mastodon.social is huge. You might like choosing a server that is focused on your interests. Such as fosstodon.org if you are into tech.
