One other thing that comes to my mind is that I also did this:

forums.puri.sm/t/satellites-an

That is basically doing:

sudo usermod -a -G geoclue purism

Note that this has some security implications!

This allows to use Satellite (and maybe Jogger?) to use geoclue.

I usually wait until Satellite shows that there is a 3D fix, and then start Jogger.
