If you use T-mobile (or it's MVNO), I just realized I have a bug that may affect you with Visual Voicemail. Please go into vvmplayer (or the SXMO equivalent) and disable then re-enable VVM. T-mobile looks to be switching folks IMAP server, and if you are on the old one, you will never get your voicemails.
Sorry about that...I just discovered it myself and I fixed the bug in vvmd.
Ok, I released vvmd 0.12 https://gitlab.com/kop316/vvmd/-/tags/0.12 which contains the fix to this bug. is still required to update the settings if you are on T-mobile (mainly, disable then reenable VVM). It probably isn't a bad idea if you are using it period to do this when you use 0.12 just to be safe.
