Other than annoying the billionaire boys club, would banning companies from owning property have real negative impacts on anything? Cos i can think of a few positives

What is a company but a group of people?
If some group wanted to buy a farm together would you let them?
If they're banned from buying it collectively, they'll choose a member to be the 'holder', which would give *a single person* the power to arbitrarily remove any member.

A more relevant example to you might be a church. At a certain growth stage, they might decide collectively to meet in a building rather than in different homes. Banning companies means the building's management can't be controlled by a board, but by one individual. It's a great potential for abuse of power.
