You need Nintendo Account credit to buy from the eShops. For a quick workflow, digital eShop codes are available at Amazon which can be redeemed at Nintendo on the web once you're logged into your account.
The Nintendo DS and WiiU eShop stores are shutting down at the end of the month. If still enjoying your devices, be sure to take a look at games you wishlisted.
There are some nice sales! Capcom games are on sale at major discounts ($4 FTW!) along with a few other publishers. Great time to pick up titles like Resident Evil Revelations, Monster Hunter 3/4, Street Fighter II, Shantae, Mighty Switch Force etc.

Early feedback on Strand:
It's not a subclass I see myself using much. It pulls you out of cover all the time, and survival in difficult Destiny content is often more about cover and positioning than flying yourself out in the open for a long period of time.
Unless Hunter gets something Strand they can hop out of cover quickly to fire and then return to cover, I'm not interested. I won't go stand close to a boss to swing a rope-arrow thing lol.
The Legendary difficulty of Lightfall is true to its name. 😁 So very sweaty...huff puff...
I'm 4 missions in so far and it's been good pressure to not delay learning the loadout manager and getting my old builds working again in the new system.
Completing them sweaty-solo is a point of pride so far but it's more of a fun heavy challenge when you bring a friend. Games are supposed to be fun so I might prefer a fireteam for the rest.
It's because #Destiny #Lightfall is launching (pink), we're going to Neptune (blue) and we'll be adopting Strand (green.)
